Cefeida was born from the vision and resilience of a family that began building its legacy in real estate in the early 1900s, spanning both Latin America and Europe. From modest beginnings; acquiring and managing small residential properties. The family grew a deep understanding of local markets, community dynamics, and the enduring value of land and location.

 

Across four generations, through political shifts, economic cycles, and evolving urban landscapes, we continued to expand and diversify our portfolio. What began as a series of family-run buildings in Latin American cities evolved into a cross-border portfolio of residential and commercial assets in key markets including Spain, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and Greece.
